SHIPPING
Orders ship via UPS, UPS Sure Post, or USPS Priority Mail. UPS may require a signature at their discretion. You may enroll in UPS My Choice to set delivery preferences.
Charges vary: small items $10–$20, gun cases & large items $40–$80 (US mainland).
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases of error.
BELT SIZES
We are not responsible for incorrect belt measurements unless done by a Murray Leather employee. Call us at 817-441-7480 for help, or see instructions on our website.
Note: The C-8 cartridge belt is designed to fit over your main belt (not through pant loops) and is typically 2–4 inches longer.
All of our products are made in the USA. All products are genuine leather. We use #1 saddle skirting steer hides. All of our items are hand oiled, not dyed or buffed. Any scratches, scars or other imperfections are characteristic of natural leather.
RETURNS
All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge. We will only accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date. No returns without authorization, contact us at 817-441-7480.
Returns will be credited in the same manner in which they were paid.
Any returns should have a copy of the original invoice.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
